I booked the room in December for the dates December 24-28. When I booked the room, I read the reviews and the truth is that I thought about canceling the stay as I was scared. The reasons I didn't do it are because I had visited it one day to swim in the summer and because I couldn't find anything comparable in price and facilities (whatever else I found was extremely expensive). After my stay, I have to say that everything was really perfect for the money we paid (260€ for a 40sqm family room for 4 people with half board) The comparison I am making is not with similar resorts in Bulgaria or Dubai which, at a similar cost, have clearly superior facilities (food and facilities) but with similar options in Greece. I had the option to stay in a simple triple room for 180€ (because we were three people) which was not renovated and I would describe it as average due to its age. But in no case would I describe it that way as I saw in the comments. The only negatives I would say are the temperature of the pool as it is not the right temperature for children up to 8 years old to stay in for long as after an hour they start to get very cold. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. From the first moment the staff welcomed us with professionalism, courtesy, and a sincere desire to make our stay unforgettable. The facilities are luxurious, spotlessly clean, and impeccably maintained, while the attention to detail is evident in every space. (Congratulations to the decorator!) The room is spacious, elegantly decorated, offering absolute comfort and relaxation. What can I say about the food! It was of a high standard, with excellent quality, fresh products and variety. (Congratulations to the chef!) Finally, a hotel that rightfully deserves 5 stars. It combines luxury, comfort and impeccable hospitality. Thank you to all of you who contributed to making our stay unforgettable.....
