Some notes about All Seasons, which people say is international: 1. My sister booked online from abroad and emailed me about a connecting room request, but received no response or confirmation from the hotel until check-in or check-out. 2. I was given one keycard. I requested another so I could use it for two people, but this is the first time I've experienced an additional keycard requiring a Rp 100,000 deposit. I've never experienced this at other hotels. It's different if you ask for more than two keycards, or if you lose them. 3. During breakfast on the first day, I was asked to fill out an online review using a link from Mujoni/the restaurant. My food was still on the table, and it hadn't been 24 hours, so I couldn't review the entire thing. However, Mujoni insisted that all three of us write a review anyway. I told him I'd only be here for a few days, so I'd write it tomorrow, but he insisted, saying if I reviewed it now, I wouldn't review it tomorrow. This made me feel uneasy. Reviews shouldn't be forced and should come from the heart. If you're asking for a review, why are you asking for it? And I see customers here asking for reviews. Is this what a hotel like All Seasons is like? 3. I asked for a takeaway lunch box because one of us wasn't eating in. Mujoni gave me a box. I accepted it and saw that the box was dusty and dirty. The restaurant should have checked the cleanliness before giving it to the customer. 4. Mujoni only gave me a lunch box but no cutlery or plastic bags for carrying. 5. Although the manager/restaurant helped me with a replacement bag, they still didn't give me cutlery, claiming it was recyclable. The hotel should have other options in this regard. 6. The room wasn't cleaned, the floor, toilet, or even toilet paper. They only refilled the coffee, sugar, towels, and toothpaste. I was disappointed because the floor was dirty and the toilet wasn't cleaned. This isn't my first time staying here. 7. The glass wasn't washed but was turned upside down (as if it had been washed). This was evident by the lipstick residue, and the glass was still wet. 8. The kettle was dirty. It should have been washed daily. 9. There used to be towels at the sink, but why aren't there now (I have to wipe it with a bath towel?) 10. Cut fruit is limited and not widely available. 11. The food variety is quite extensive, but the taste is lacking. 12. The security service was good. They smiled, greeted us, helped us open the door, and called us a taxi. Good job. 13. Why do the uniforms look like night shift nurses? The front office should be more professional in their attire. 14. The lighting is minimal in the hallways and in the rooms. 15. The front office lacks lighting, making it even dimmer. 16. The TV channels haven't been upgraded, so there aren't many options. The remote control is also broken, although it still works. It should be replaced. Hopefully, this will be addressed and improved in the future. This is getting worse than before. At this price, it doesn't match the service customers receive. The management is different from the previous and current management. Has it been replaced? Would we, my sister, my friends, and my family stay here again? Not in a year or two if things are still like this. The reason we write so many reviews is because I work in the service department (banking), and my sister also works in the healthcare sector, which pays close attention to the interests, needs, and even cleanliness and health of our customers. Good service from security to the receptionist and in the cafe area, everyone is friendly, even the boss always greets customers in a friendly manner 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🫶🏻

Experience staying in a strategic location and comfortable atmosphere. The price is quite premium. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the prices are in the premium class.
