Me and the wife arrived after midnight tired and ready to go to sleep, we had purchased a night with a queen size bed in a room on the fourth floor as soon as we walked in there was trash everywhere, the beds were not made, and it stunk you can tell that it was not cleaned. So as tired as we were, I carried the bags back down to the receptionist told him that he gave us a dirty room he did apologize and give us another key for the room on the 5th floor. After opening the door the room appeared to be clean and I sighed a breath of relief. Upon laying down on the twin sized bed it felt like we were laying on concrete it was so hard and the pillows were as rough as couch cushions. We made do with that. The air conditioner is very noisy as well as the light in the bathroom which is connected to the exhaust fan. In the morning we took a shower and they were nice enough to give us a tiny little bar of soap instead of any kind of body wash or shampoo, luckily we brought shampoo. Hard lesson learned.

To the owners of this hotel and any upcoming guest. I have never been so disrespected and humiliated in my life staying at any hotel. I've been living here with my kids since April and never had a problem with the staff or the general manager. Jus recently the owners hired a new general manager and my first interaction with her was unpleasant and unprofessional. I few months ago I wrote a review about her and she threatened to put me and my kids out if I didn't take it down, because me and my kids had nowhere else to go I did just that and edited my review to reflect on the good things about the hotel. Now this same general manager has given me and my kids a notice to leave the premises because I was 45 mins late with my payment. Yesterday morning she sent a housekeeper to do an inspection, 5 mins later she is banging on the door yelling in my face in front of my kids that I needed to leave or she was calling the police. I got the notice this morning and it stated that my room was unsanitary and in an unacceptable condition. Remind you I have kids and it's the weekend. There blankets on the floor shoes all over the place, electronics everywhere and dishes in the sink and cups on the table. Anybody that has kids range from ages 11-15 knows that on the weekend they just lay around and play games to the sort but that's besides the point because I have inspection every week and there was never a problem but because she can't keep a full staff I haven't had a inspection in a month. As I was walking to the front desk I over heard hear speaking on my business and me and my kids in a bad manner. This is unexceptionable and unprofessional. When she saw me she went to speaking in Spanish, which is very rude to do. I will never recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel. The roof leaks, the elevator inspection is expired and has been since August, there is mold, furniture is old and stained, pullout couch mattress is so old u can feel the frame. Pool does not get cleaned like it's suppose and my kids as gotten sick after getting out of it. Dressers are falling apart, stove doesn't work and almost caught on fire, fridge barely works and Ive had to throw away plenty of food. When I complained about the fridge and the amount of food I had to throw away I was told that there was nothing that could be done about. This place has gone down and is a shame. Since this new general manager been here I have watched guest that has been staying here as long as I have leave do to her being unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. Something needs to be done. Once again I have asked to speak to her boss and she tells me they don't want to speak to me and she is not give me any info on how to contact them. So I'm writing this review for the owners and guest and hoping the owners see this. I will tell you this because this is our last night here. I know she will see this review like she did the last one and I'm afraid what she might do as in make a false report to the police or try in kick us out tonight after I have already paid my money
