The location is a bit tricky, but the nearby massage and small supermarket were perfect. It's a shame there aren't many good restaurants nearby, but the accommodations are beautiful. The kids love the two-story house. The pool is also large and beautiful.

I had a standard room on the second floor, but I could hear everything, including noises from next door, footsteps in the hallway, and conversations, even late at night. There was only one room key. There were no hangers with scissors. The smoking area was outside. Even if I opened the window, all I could see was the hallway across the street. I'd prefer a slightly nicer guesthouse. Amenities were self-service at the front desk. And worst of all, the futon was so thin and cold I couldn't sleep.

Must stay here in Hoi An! Fabulous hotel, friendly welcoming staff. Perfect location, short walk to the old quarter and nice and quiet. We had a huge room that overlooked the beautiful pool. Easily the nicest place we stayed in Vietnam. They also arranged a transfer to the airport with Vu who was the nicest driver! His English was awesome and we had a lovely chat!
