Small things that ruin the all-inclusive hotel experience. 1) Lack of umbrellas at the pool (they broke in the wind) 2) Stinginess in charging for 2 coffees at lunch because we had already checked out and they couldn't include them in the all-inclusive bill 3) Charging for water in the room (an absurd amount, of course!) 4) Bowling lanes without maintenance
