Our 4-day stay was wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the spa and Turkish bath were spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast in the mornings, meticulously prepared by Sous Chef Cemal Özciftci, was perfect and more than sufficient for the location. The thyme salad was delicious, and the bread and desserts were excellent. The location is practical for those without a car. The only drawback and something we weren't happy about was that the thermal pool was closed all day due to a lack of thermal water or a malfunction/maintenance, even though it wasn't the hotel staff's fault. They couldn't help us with this and unfortunately, no compensation was offered.

The thermal facilities are excellent. The areas are clean. I found it a bit too dim, though. But the most important feature that sets this hotel apart is its breakfast. They have everything you could want, and even things you wouldn't expect. An incredible variety. And it's delicious too.
