Nice hotel and rooms. I arrived to hotel on 20th October a bit before 11am to check in. A lady at the reception just asked me 'you are for? Day use/check in?'. I said for check in and she instantly said 'you should pay 35€ if you check in now'. She didn't even say 'welcome'.... and I lead the conversation instead of her. She needs tbe training one more time. In the evening I returned and did a check in. There were very nice lady. Even do she didn't say my name once (other actions she did as per Marriott standard!) I requested a foam pillow through the app 3 days before arrival, however there was not any in the room. I was tok tired to request it on the spot. Please take care about the details. Otherwise, cleanliness is amazing. Breakfast is very good!!
