This is a great location near BWI airport that offers free shuttle service to the hotel. The hotel is clean but dated and offers a reasonable price point for the location.

Worst hotel experience of my life. The front desk girls were so incredibly rude- I've never before been talked over, interrupted, &:shouted at when trying to explain our reservation. It was unbelievable. I still can't believe anyone who would treat hotel guests that way could ever be hired. When we made our reservation, the Customer Service Representative reassured us that our very late flight would be no problem, that he was making notes on our reservation that we need a late check in (2am) & that even though it's outside their regular shuttle service hours, they would still pick us up anyways. But when we arrived at the airport and I called for pickup, she refused to send anyone and took no steps to help us, but just repeated their normal operating hours multiple times and said there's nothing they can do. So we had to find our own ride to the hotel from the airport. Once we arrived she wouldn't allow us to check in, because it was 2:30 am (outside their normal check in time). I was attempting to explain to her about our reservation, that the person who made it had given me all kinds of assurances that the late check in & late shuttle service wouldn't be a problem, but she wouldn't listen at all, and just talked louder than I could, &:shouted at me so that I literally couldn't even hear myself. It was awful. I will never again book anything with Aloft, or set foot in any of their hotels. I very strongly advise against trusting their word, since they do not keep it, & clearly have no sense of professionalism or customer service.
