First impression the room is new and spacious but no desk?! Very limited hangers a total of 4. Shower was disaster because I had to wait in cold water for more than 7 minutes then only it began to warm up, in the middle of showering I found out there is no more shower gel. We called to relay the problem but the attitude of the front desk was extremely annoying and unprofessional. On top of this, as soon as I lay down on bed, a long piece of hair was in front of when I opened the blanket. I picked it up and threw it on the floor. I took a photo of it on the floor, I should’ve take a photo right away. Not a good experience. After talking to the manager the next morning, they apologized right away and offered us free breakfast and changed our room. The new room is in orderly condition and I hope the shower will work better tonight. We haven’t seen the rude employee anymore. We are happy and appreciative for their quick corrective action and turned our stay from bad to good.

This hotel is a catfish. This hotel is licensed through Marriott's name, but does hold the same high quality standards in my opinion. I checked in via the app and messaged the hotel if they could accommodate an early check in since I was on a red eye, they agreed with a fee charge, not a problem. Once I got there, the "check in" representative who was casually on a personal call with the speaker on high, told me that check in is at 3. I let him know that I had made arrangements via the Marriott app that I would be charged to check in early, We go back and forth for awhile, and he demands that I show proof. I bring up my phone show him and he said it says that the check in time was 8am, I was like okay, it's 6:50ish. He said that he would have to charge me for the extra hour. WHAT? I ask to see the manager, and he starts to tell his personal call to wait and the caller continues to blast conversations .At this point, I have little kids that need to get into the room, and I told him to charge me, I don't care at this point. The room is nicely decorated, the bed is futon quality and the hum of the mini fridge was quite loud. I went down stairs again at 9 to speak to the manager, when I got in line I overheard that the couple in front of me say that their newly given keys and room was already occupied by guests! Yikes! I decide to go back up to my room, just stick it out for two nights because we're here for a competition, but I would probably not stay here again. Great staff in a newer hotel. Service is excellent, clean and stylish (quiet) rooms, good pillows. Great place for business or stay overs in the area! Fantastic management!
