UPDATE: not even a hour after we left they charged our card on file when we were told they wouldn’t. Honestly, this should be criminal. Rooms were wonderful and clean, the beds were so soft. The AC fan wouldn’t blow consistently and there was no option to turn it on for the noise. Check in was smooth and easy. Our issues didn’t start until check out. When we called we told them we would be utilizing a gift card and at check in we reiterated that we would be using a gift card and we were told it was not an issue. Upon check out, that’s when the issues started. The front desk clerk was mumbling and difficult to hear. We were given attitude about using the gift card. She called the GM and we were told that only the GM could authorize the gift card use despite being told by several people it would not be an issue. They wanted to charge our card and have us call back during the week to process the gift card and the refund. Extra steps that we should not have to take. Ultimately, they agreed to not charge our card and try the gift card on a weekday. If you accept gift cards, there should always be someone on site or a process to ensure they can be used. We are on a one day vacation and it started our day off with a bad taste in our mouth. Suffice to say, highly disappointed in the way it was handled. Poor end to what was otherwise a phenomenal stay.

Writing this review for the beds and the beds alone. I was not there long enough to write about anything else, but you should know that those beds are so comfortable, so soft. 10/10 sleep after a long day.
