Anifa (sorry if this is spelled wrong) who works the front desk is so sweet, professional, and accommodating and the lady who made my breakfast 2 days in a row was awesome. There was a bit of a key issue but the maintenance man was quick and fixed it with a smile!! I would recommend everyone stay there.

Very nice hotel, superbly located, the whole area around it is full of restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Never been more disgusted, disappointed & disrespected by a hotel as much as this property treated me. During my stay, I had a over $600 cashmere shirt go missing, which has been nowhere to be found... Not only that, I had to kill two cockroaches in my room and when I went to go down to speak to the hotel staff about these issues, I was told that I would be emailed and called by the manager. Fast forward to this week, I never got a email, never got a call and had to call Mariott customer service multiple times to create a case number and try to receive compensation for these insane issues that occurred. Mariott's customer service was great to create the case, but then told me I should call the hotel directly to try to resolve this quicker as it is the busy season which is totally understandable. I called and was told that the manager would again, give me a call back. I called again and was finally connected with the manager right away and I was basically called a liar that "There is no shirt and the cleaning staff did not find anything..." Right, because I had to kill these cockroaches myself. To make this call even better, the manager told me that she spoke to me multiple times over the phone and also said that she emailed me. This never happened. Not once was I called, not once did I receive a email, and not once did I ever speak to her prior before this nor even know her name until I pushed to speak to her on the phone. This is still an ongoing case and Its basically my word over the managers, and to be gaslit and lied to ones face about such a serious issue during this property stay is extremely unacceptable and disappointing and to put the cherry on top, she hung up on me saying that my request for compensation has been denied. Because this property was not financially significant enough to start a lawsuit over this, I am now stuck paying this horrible property. Don't stay here, you can find another hotel or Airbnb for the same price that is much nicer and will treat a valued customer with respect.
