Room was very dated which was surprising. Carpets definitely need replacing. However what made me put 1 stars for the room are the curtains/drapes. They were clearly stained and gross looking. Honestly they should walk each room and replace them if needed. Loved the patio but once something feels dirty it is hard to shake the feeling. I stayed 2/28-3/1/2026.

I stayed at this hotel from February 12–13 while visiting Nashville for a Galentine’s trip. The hotel itself and the front desk staff were very pleasant, but unfortunately the valet experience was extremely disappointing and would make me reconsider staying here again. When we first arrived around check-in time, we saw two young men who were valets. We asked one of them a where hotel parking was located. Instead of answering or offering guidance, he shrugged and did not clearly respond, which left us confused. We ended up circling the block and going inside the lobby to ask the front desk for clarification. The front desk associate was helpful and explained how the parking process worked. However, when we went back outside, the valet still acted as if he didn’t understand what we were asking about. Eventually the front desk had to come outside and speak with him directly so we could get parked. After that interaction, the service remained unfriendly. He did approach us and say, “Bruh, why didn’t y'all tell me you were trying to park your car. You should’ve said something.” It was very uncomfortable with the way he spoke to me and my friend. When our car was brought around later that evening, there was no greeting, assistance, or basic courtesy-our keys were handed off quickly and the car door was shut without any communication. The next morning, when we checked out different, older valet man assisted us and the experience was completely different. He was polite, helpful with our bags, and held the trunk and doors open. That level of service was appreciated and what we expected from the beginning. Overall, the hotel itself was nice and the front desk staff were great. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and basic customer service from some members of the valet team left a poor impression and affected our stay.
