Came for a business trip . The rooms were not very clean and the bartender by the name of Matt or Mike tried to kiss me without my consent or permission. My company owner saw it and it was so embarrassing.

I came here several times last year on business. Because of the location and cleanliness, they would probably deserve 4 stars if their administrative services weren't such a mess. Multiple times, they would drop the ball on my cc authorizations. And the last straw was their billing department mess regarding ghost charges and a week's worth of back and forth calls and emails. When it comes to their overall administration, it has the eerie feeling of unqualified/nepotism hiring. I hope they've cleaned things up since, but in the last of that series of trips to downtown Orlando area, I went to a better competitor down the street for a better atmosphere, slightly less expensive price, and a way better experience overall, especially in their administration. That part should never be taken for granted.

Great stay! Not sure why it’s only a 3 star hotel. It was far nicer than a 4 star that I stayed at the other night. The rooms were very large and quiet and the service was exceptional! I want to particularly give a shout out to Kadeem at the front desk!
