We had initially booked a King bed, but later received an email that one was no longer available and we would receive two queen beds. At check-in, we asked again and were told none were available and were placed in the handicap accessible room, removing this for any guests who actually need this room. The air conditioner did not work in this room, and the gentleman from maintenance - after confirming it wasn't working and disappearing for 45 minutes - said he needed to get into our ceiling to work on it and offered us another room - the king we initially booked and asked for upon check-in and were told was unavailable. In this new room, I moved the bluetooth speaker from the bedside table and found an assortment of pills underneath. I did not address this with the front desk as the AC ordeal had us moving in and out of rooms at 11:30pm, well beyond when we wanted to get to sleep (in a room that was clearly not thoroughly cleaned). The next day I went to the convenience shop in the lobby and stood by the register while the lone staff member checked in two groups that walked in after I had already been waiting and receiving no acknowledgement. This was a very frustrating visit all-around and we will not return to this hotel.

I’m currently on my 3rd day, and the experience has been fantastic. A huge shout-out to Carl at the front desk—his communication is top-notch. Every time I had a request, he responded immediately and took care of everything right away. His proactive attitude made my stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The hotel is spotless and the service is truly a 10/10!"
