If you want to be close to campus, it’s good. The room I’m in doesn’t have a very clean feel. Just a weird room.

Booked online and luckily only stayed one night. All the reviews about this place being unsafe, anyone can access the elevators from the garage to any room level. Hallways are dark and dim. Room carpets were stained and wall paper coming off the walls. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. As a platinum member this place was horrible. Why would anyone put a light switch in the door frame?

This place operates far below the standard you would expect from a hotel in this price range. We were clearly told parking was $17 per day. We stayed ONE night and were charged nearly $60 for parking. No proper disclosure. No clear explanation. Just a surprise charge at checkout. When we tried to resolve it, we called multiple times. Each time we were put on hold and then the call was disconnected. No one followed up. No one wanted to help. For a property that presents itself as a modern hotel, the billing practices and customer service felt extremely unprofessional. Transparency and accountability should be basic expectations — not optional. This situation completely ruined our trip. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re prepared to deal with unexpected charges and zero assistance when you question them.
