The best hotel of my life. Since it was our honeymoon, the accommodation was the most important thing, and this was the best hotel we stayed at in Italy. The facilities, nature, food, and staff were all perfect!

An excellent hotel in the Susi Alps. Stunning facility, in a fantastic location, right on the slopes. The staff is all very young but at the same time knowledgeable and attentive. From the reception, bar, restaurants, and ski rental, everyone is excellent. (The rental is on-site and well-stocked.) The room and bathroom are spacious, and the balcony offers a view of the Susi Alps. The spa area is large and spacious, both the pool area and the sauna area. The restaurants are good but not outstanding. The cigar room, for me as a cigar smoker, is fantastic. The only negative is the children playing in the pool after 6 pm; someone supervising would be a must. Overall, you feel pampered and cared for; we will be back.

It's painful to see the Alps damaged by this eyesore. I wonder how those who should be planning and supervising it could allow a construction so alien to its context. A missed opportunity to enhance the mountain, replaced by concrete that obscures the view.
