The room is not well maintained and clearly needs better upkeep. The shower curtain had mold, and the room was not cleaned every day. You have to ask them just to clean the room, which is such a hassle. For a hotel like this, daily cleaning, fresh towels, water, and coffee should be a no-brainer. We stayed for 6 nights, and they only clean the room if you ask. Worst experience. When we checked out, I politely told the front desk that we would take the shuttle since the next one would be after 2 hours. We planned to go to Station 2 to eat and leave our luggage at the hotel, then come back. I suggested they could check the room while we were out, especially since we had already paid a security deposit. However, the front desk lady insisted we wait 10–15 minutes. I explained that the shuttle was about to leave, our bags would stay at the hotel, and we would be back before 3 PM. Still, she refused. Ironically, she was the same staff member we had asked to clean our room earlier, and to our surprise, the room was never cleaned. She simply said she forgot because there were many guests. Hello? We are also guests, and we stayed for 6 nights. They don’t even have a telephone in the room, so we had to call using our mobile phone, and no one answered. My partner had to go all the way to the front desk just to ask for towels, tissue, and coffee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, AND I WILL NEVER, EVER GO BACK. We only liked the man at the front desk (from Cebu), and the drivers and other staff were very friendly. However, overall, my experience with this hotel was not good.

One of the best properties I've stayed in Philippines is alta vista de Boracay. I say that because of the staff and services they provide are amazing and I really love it when I reached here . On 31st they were braiding hair for free and you could make she'll bracelets and necklace on your own or they would make for you . I really enjoy my stays here.
