The service staff is poorly sized for the size of the hotel; of the three elevators, only one is working, which is incomprehensible.

It was under construction, and the machinery woke you up early. The buffet, in my opinion, was of poor quality, both breakfast and lunch. The room was fine. The parking was very expensive for what it was.

It's a beautiful hotel, well located and with good service. Another point to highlight is that it's fully operational, even with people from the IMSERSO program. There are three elevators, but only one is working. They're trying to repair them, but the solution to the problem is taking a while. It's been like this for two days. The management team should be ashamed.
