It's a shame that for New Year's Eve, we were directed to a very cramped space, even though the hotel has a huge hall that we used on other nights. We weren't able to enjoy what should have been the best evening of our stay! You should ask yourselves some serious questions about this. Very disappointed with the entertainment on the 31st in the reception hall... We left around 10 pm because there wasn't enough room. The fireworks were magnificent, but different from those at other hotels. At least that was perfect.

Ignore the comments from earlier reviewers about "racism" (they probably meant xenophobia but couldn't spell it!). We were only a few of the "British" guests and we were treated just the same as everyone else. Nice hotel - bit big for me - staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good even though the same every day, entertainment was fun.

Very well located, beautiful rooms. The only downside to this hotel is the bar. Some of the bartenders are unfriendly, and one in particular is downright rude. It's a shame because the rest of the staff are very professional and pleasant.
