Low quality service (slow, grumpy, rude front desk staff) and low quality food. The beach has a ton of seaweed. The location is our least favorite after driving around the island. There are so many better places to stay. The room was labeled as ocean front with ocean view but the view was fully obstructed by big trees and a roof.

Having booked through TUI, we were lucky and were able to check into our room before noon after breakfast. The reception staff were very friendly. All rooms have a sea view. The standard double rooms are located on the first floor. The MyFavorite Club rooms are on the 8th floor and above. For an extra charge, you can get rooms on the higher floors with access to a separate terrace and a private outdoor area by the restaurant. Our regular Sea View room was on the 3rd floor. This had the advantage of not always having to rely on the elevator. Our view was severely obstructed by a large pine tree. No sea view despite the extra charge. The garbage truck came several times a day (at least twice) in the middle of the night. The garbage, including glass, is collected with a loud racket. Not for light sleepers. The hotel guests come from various European countries...Spain, France, especially England, etc. The usual dress code is not observed here. At dinner, some guests are very casually dressed in sporty, short clothing. Even at lunchtime, the hotel staff didn't enforce appropriate attire. Some guests arrived in swimwear that was only partially covered by another light garment. The hotel facilities are modern. Most of the well-placed sun loungers were reserved with towels. With a bit of flexibility, you can usually find a spot. For a fee of €5 or €10 (depending on location), you can reserve sun loungers and parasols in advance. The meals were always varied and delicious. There was something for everyone. The hygiene in the restaurant, particularly regarding the tables, wasn't entirely satisfactory. For example, after each guest at breakfast, the placemats were shaken out over the chairs but not wiped down. The tables were also only inadequately cleaned. We found this somewhat unacceptable. The drinks menu is quite extensive, but many classics are missing from the all-inclusive package. For example, Caipirinha, Aperol Spritz, Lillet, and Licor 43. Shortly before the end of the season (end of October), some drinks were no longer available. The hotel has direct beach access to a small bay. The water is fantastic – excellent, clear water quality. You can stand far out in the sea. The water depth increases gradually. Underwater, there's beautiful, light-colored sand. The sun loungers and parasols on the beach are not part of the hotel and can be booked for a fee. There is a lifeguard on duty. A popular bar is also located right on the beach. A bus runs hourly from the hotel to Cala Ratjada for €3, taking about 15 minutes. A small train is also available for a tour of Cala Ratjada. Given that this is a Hyatt hotel, I would have expected a more stylish atmosphere for the guests. We would book it again at a good price, but not at a high price.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted and offered a drink Ana was amazing! Rooms where lovely service was outstanding lovely staff ! Location is nice there’s a little town down the road 15 min taxi. Food and drink: food was good lots of choice although the drinks tower wasn’t working and I went all inclusive so didn’t get much to drink. Spa: was really nice and relaxing but was a bit disappointed at the steam room wasn’t working
