Nice hotel and very quiet as it is only for adults. What you need to sit down for days and rest. If you want, you can not go outside at all because it has a pool and a very clean sea that no one outside the hotel has access to and food and drinks since it is all inclusive. The hotel food is nice, of course I missed something traditional Greek from the meals, e.g. a moussaka, a pastitsio, a gyros with pitas, etc. Also, the meal times for us Greeks were very restrictive because we are used to a different way of life than abroad (I say this because the only Greeks who spent the whole summer at this particular hotel seem to be us 🤣). For example, dinner started at 7 and by 9 you should have eaten. Therefore, if you had gone for a walk to see the sunset, you would have missed dinner. Very polite staff and very willing!! The room was quite clean although I, as a compulsive person, clean the surfaces that my personal belongings touch when I go to a hotel. So there I was disappointed as a stool in front of the mirrored toilet was quite dirty and something much worse that we saw was that the air conditioner seemed to need maintenance because the inside of its fin was black😏(without being an expert from my experience with home air conditioners it might have caught fungus from too much use). The pool was good. The view was magical and especially at sunrise.

I was originally considering booking, but after reading several reviews about the hotel's less-than-ideal treatment of cats, I decided against it. Respectful treatment of animals is very important to me, so I prefer hotels where guests have reported positive experiences with animal welfare or designated feeding and watering stations for cats. Can you comment on or confirm how your hotel currently handles the animals on the premises? Many accommodations on Zakynthos actively support the local street cats, for example, by providing water stations, food, or small shelters. This is an important factor for many travelers and, in my opinion, a major plus for any hotel. I only book hotels that are animal-friendly now.

The hotel complex is very nice. The rooms, however, are dated and quite dirty. There's also no ceiling light, for example, so it's quite dark.
