If I could give a rating higher than 10/10, I would without hesitation. Everything was perfect! First, the booking process was simple. I requested a room away from the elevator, and my wish was more than granted (a huge thank you to Romana for the room she gave me). The check-in process was also very simple and quick. However, I regret the lack of information regarding the deposit, which is taken at the same time as the room price. This confused me because I didn't understand where the amount came from. The reception staff are lovely, attentive, responsive to requests, and very helpful. The check-out process was also very quick! I also greatly appreciated the beautiful decor of the lobby and the hotel in general, as well as the cleanliness and the added security for using the elevators (you have to swipe your card to go up). The room I was given was incredible: the decor was magnificent, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and I really appreciated the personalized greeting card in my room—it made me feel the hotel's appreciation for its guests. I also found the little sign under the bed very amusing ;). The map left in the room was also very useful, with a suggested walking route and information about the hotel's eco-friendly practices. A big thank you for these initiatives! As for the comfort and cleanliness of the room, I only have one word to describe it: exceptional. A very comfortable king-size bed, bathrobe, slippers, L'Occitane bath products and moisturizer, amenity kit, iron (it's a shame this wasn't mentioned in the room description, so I brought my own, haha), safe, coat comb, sewing kit which was incredibly useful as I lost a button on my blazer during my flight, complimentary and regularly replenished minibar, bottled still and sparkling water... etc. In short: a truly high-end experience that exceeded all my expectations! As for the hotel bar, the lady who is always there and also makes the coffees in the morning is so lovely and attentive; she even remembered my coffee preferences! It's in these kinds of small details that you feel the importance and consideration given to the guests; it makes all the difference. A huge thank you to her; her smile brightened my mornings! I regret not having been able to get her name, as I only had a quick stop at breakfast on my last day (my return flight was late morning), but she has my deepest gratitude and appreciation for her exceptional kindness and friendliness. A very big thank you also to all the staff at breakfast. Regarding breakfast itself, it was quite good and varied, just the right amount to avoid waste! I also really appreciated the option of having omelets made to order. As for accessibility, the hotel is located close to the city center, a 5-minute walk from the metro and right next to the bus stops. From the airport, there are direct trains to the center of Vienna, and then you can take the metro. Alternatively, a ride-hailing service costs around €30, which is reasonable for a 30-minute journey. In conclusion: I will definitely recommend the Am Konzerthaus Hotel to my friends and family and will choose it again for my next trip to Vienna. Many thanks!

We had booked our stay a year prior to the visit. Two days before our stay, I fractured my skull in Prague and was hospitalized. The staff at MGallery were tremendously kind and understanding, and allowed no fee cancellation even though contractually they didn’t have to. Sadly today it is rare that a business puts kindness first. The response from everyone at MGallery and Accor was exceptional. Not only will I rebook at this hotel when I am able to, I will also be more inclined to prioritize Accor brand hotels elsewhere due to the level of service I experienced. To everyone who helped me - Deborah the reservation supervisor, Yamiel the front desk agent, and many others - no words would sufficiently convey my gratitude.
