The accommodation was lovely with the rooms being serviced everyday. We were a party of 11 with 3 units booked in the middle of winter. All three nights we battled with hot water availability and very low pressure to the toilets. We complained numerous times with no resolution only to be told not to bath all at the same time. To this date my breakage deposit has not been returned after asking numerous times. The 6 sleeper unit is not recommended as it has one bathroom that has no lock on the sliding door together with the door not sealing so one can see the person showering from the sides. Definitely will not be back or recommend it to anyone. Reply to owners: I have not received the breakage deposit, telling me have does not pay it. The lady has not furnished a proof of payment and does not answer her whatsapp messages unless we write a review. And no, we South Africans are not vindictive as stated on your message to me. To reply to your reply, we only phoned at 11pm as we expected hot water from a 4star establishment but didn't think we had time restrictions to bath. It was my husbands 40th the next day and the family (no friends) stayed up to enjoy a fire and a late supper hence the late bathing. Llewelyn answered and said he will check irrespective of the lady screaming in the background that they must wait for the morning. Which left a bad taste to the beginning of a joyous occasion. You may of acknowledged the complaints every day but did nothing to remedy the situation. Please return my deposit or prove you have.
