Check in: Room not ready even after arriving post 2pm Hotel: Pretty, like the sister Amavi in Paphos, but the layout is horrible. There is no good view and half the loungers have no view of a pool or garden. It is exceptionally ‘long’ and it looked like those self catering apartments from those loungers not right by the pool Pool: As you will see from other reviews here - freezing cold. They do not want to incur the cost to heat any of the pools and will also lie to you when you ask them on it. Result? You will not get in the pool. We didn’t see a single person get in. Room: Fine Management: They assumed we were married and I was with a Mrs; both wrong and outdated assumptions from staff who seemed alarmed to have two men staying in a room. Quite unacceptable. Staff need better training for Western European guests Breakfast: Awful. Awful eggs. Not good selection. It was truly very bad for such a hotel. Gym / Indoor Pool: No sunlight, underneath the entrance ramp. It’s just grim. Restaurants: they advertise having multiple open but only rotate them - result? You cannot get a booking… even as a guest. Quite pathetic attempt of them to show one restaurant as fully booked by ensuring everyone books one place, but false advertising. Result? We didn’t eat once in the hotel. Again, massive disappointment. All in all - a genuine waste of money, the views are bad, the facilities are bad. We stayed at Amavi Paphos and had a tremendous time, but here, it’s the kind of place where you don’t want to spend a penny because it’s a try-hard rip. We won’t be spending our money at this brand again.

Incredible hotel nothing was too much trouble. Turn down service in the evening. Very generous allowing a bottle of wine as part of our package every evening. Very opulent clean and well kept will stay again.

A beautiful hotel. The breakfast was wonderful. A huge selection of fresh fruit, bread, cheese, and everything else you could wish for. Dinner in the buffet restaurant was also fantastic. Very friendly staff. Free water all day. The spa with its indoor pool was attractively designed. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. We felt very comfortable. The beach is about a 20-minute walk away.
