I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Amara Comfort. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant and well maintained. The staff was truly attentive and friendly; especially the front desk team, who were very helpful and made us feel welcome from the first moment. Cleanliness was excellent, both in the rooms and common areas. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. The warm and sincere attitude of the staff really made the hotel feel welcoming. We had a calm, enjoyable, and relaxing holiday. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel review. Vacation with a 9-month-old child 1. Check-in. A total disaster from the first hour. ❌ Five-hour wait for a room. We arrived in the morning with a small child. Check-in was strictly according to the rules, with no attempt to accommodate. The entire time, the child slept on the -2 floor among mosquitoes. The level of care for guests with children is zero. ❌ Dismissive attitude of the staff. The receptionist at Nargiza refused to move us five times, citing a lack of available rooms, even though they were available on websites and with tour operators. Her communication was rude and arrogant, like a kiosk from the 90s. I was extremely reluctant to call the manager. Some guy came and kept saying, "Come back tomorrow" two days in a row. The issue was never resolved. ❌ Attempted abusive relocation. Two days later, we were offered a room with a view of the huge, noisy air conditioners and the same music playing at night. Naturally, we declined. 👉 Our vacation was ruined precisely because of the check-in and the noise. ✅ The room itself: Small, but okay. The view of the mountains and neighboring bungalows was nice. The balcony on the third floor is spacious and truly pleasant. 2. Noise. The main drawback of the entire vacation. ❌ Music from the neighboring hotel blared until late at night. Our child couldn't sleep at all; he cried constantly. Earplugs and nothing helped because it wasn't vibrations, but a real concert under the windows. ❌ The administration did nothing, despite repeated requests. 3. Children's concept. A formality on paper. ❌ In fact, there is no children's menu. There were no steamed vegetables, and carrots were available only a couple of times during the entire vacation. ✅ Technically, there is a children's area, ❌ In terms of food for children, it's practically useless. 4. Food ✅ The food is tasty, neatly prepared, and the tables are clean. ✅ They always have something fried for dinner. ✅ During the day, the snack bar is open: pizza, burgers, and French fries. ❌ For infants, there's practically nothing. 5. Alcohol and Drinks ✅ The alcohol is average, no surprises. ✅ Ayran and water around the area are excellent. 6. Animation ⚪ We didn't fully evaluate it because we were constantly adjusting to our child's schedule. ❌ During the day, the entertainment is mainly for the elderly. ❌ Water polo is mostly played by pensioners. 7. Beach and Sea ✅ The beach is okay. ❌ Not enough sun loungers. ✅ The pier is nice. 8. The area behind the hotel ❌ There's nowhere to walk. ❌ Only shops and pushy barkers. ❌ The prices in Euros seem simply ridiculous. 9. Water Park and Entertainment ✅ The water park is excellent, that's all you need. ✅ They serve delicious ice cream at certain hours. ✅ They make waffles. 10. Minibar ✅ Refilled daily. ✅ Cola, Pepsi, Sprite, cherry juice, water. 11. Attitude and Service ❌ People with similar rooms were driven to their luggage in a golf cart. ❌ They sent us on foot, even though the golf cart was available. ❌ The selective treatment of guests is obvious. 12. Bathroom amenities and conditioner ❌ The shampoo and shower gel are like cheap dish soap, with almost no foam. It's best to bring your own. ✅ The air conditioner is very powerful. ❌ But it's located right above the bed and blows directly onto it. With a child, I had to turn it off frequently to avoid catching a cold. Result ✅ The food, water park, minibar, grounds, and balcony are all good. ❌ The reception staff, their attitude toward guests with children, the noise at night, and the virtual absence of a children's menu are a serious failing. 👉 If you're traveling without a child, the experience might be better. 👉 I don't recommend this hotel with a small child.
