It's not even worth one star. The concierge and in-room dining never answer the phone. They just don't answer. Why do they have phones in the rooms? Is it just for decoration? Don't they usually call back if you miss a call? This is the first hotel in this class that handles this kind of service. Why do they put directories in every room? I asked why they didn't answer my phone for hours. They said they were busy and didn't want anything. Oh, and the pillows are so high I feel like I'm going to choke on them. Don't they usually have low and high pillows? I asked for low pillows and got the same ones. There's nothing for the convenience of the guests. What's the point of having bright lights inside? Many of the staff members are Chinese, but their English is a bit vague. They say "wait a moment" in English, but they all speak Chinese among themselves, but I understand them all. Waiting doesn't make a difference. Based on other reviews, I think it's just a characteristic of this hotel. I was trying to order room service, and this is what happened. I can't order room service because you don't answer the phone. Why are you busy if you don't answer the phone? Is it the responsibility of hotel staff to be busy? Why are you busy if you don't even serve guests?

The breakfast buffet was delicious. I stayed for two nights and the menu changed, which was even better. It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it!

Rooms have been renovated and definitely at 360 change from previously. The rooms are very spacious but I think the updated Deluxe Rooms has way too much living space than bathroom. The toilet is so near to the room door, which I thought is a bit inconvenient. The lobby is so busy with many F&B venues cramped together and the check-in area is so relatively small and cramp. No one ever answers the phone, be it concierge or in-room dining. Needing ice and their self order through QR app also do not have this option, but ended up asking a housekeeping staff to help. I think houskeeping staff are always the unsung heroes and thank god for them. Location great. May stay again, I don't know.
