I requested a quiet room, and they were very kind! I got one. The room is nice and spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. The location is right on the main square across from St. Bavo's Church. The food is also very good! Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The restaurant is also very cozy. It was pleasantly busy on Friday. It's next to the Ambassador Hotel and accessible from the hotel. The staff is exceptionally helpful, friendly, and attentive. Speaking Dutch is also very nice. 😊

We got married in this location (and spent two days with friends here) and it went above and beyond our expectations. As a location, it had everything I was looking for: location, price, services, food. The wedding planner of the location was helpful and responsive. We managed to do a trial dinner which was greatly organized. The room we got for ourselves was great. They provided us a discount code so all our guests also slept in the location.
