This whole hotel, or whatever it is, is a complete disaster. The room was filthy, and the heating didn't work for three days. After three days, we finally got a different room with a jacuzzi. We walked in and found hair and dirt everywhere. The bathroom was dirty, and the rooms were damp. After two days, the bedding smelled like we'd been sweating in it for at least a week. Then the power went out, and there was no water. No one informed us that the electrical poles were being replaced. The jacuzzi was cold. I could write so much more negative stuff here, but I think that's enough. The villas are completely run-down. The word "luxury" shouldn't even be used here.

Disappointment awaits you so make sure you get a good rate. The location is ok offering an ocean view from hillside but is not near Oia where so much more is found including suites from far up with truly memorable views of blue domes, dinning, shops of every kind and where everyone else is if you're wondering. The rooms are very good but the Jacuzzi and pools are cold and don't ask! Our wifi didn't work and staff was friendly or not depending on who you got to help. We left early for a better place and we're happy we did to get the vacation we wanted and came so far for.

The team who run the hotel are all amazing. Dimitrious from the bar and the two ladies who run reception are just lovely. So friendly and answered all our questions. If you understand that the hotel has nothing within walking distance then you won’t be disappointed at all. Although, if you don’t mind walking, you can walk up the hill to the main road and then join the Oia to Imerogivli path. We used a lot of taxis arranged by the hotel and we had a wonderful guy (I can’t remember his name) who went above and beyond to show us around the island. We stayed on the Villa suite and it was lovely with an internal hot tub (which could have been a bit warmer but it was still good). We found the hotel impeccably clean, just like the rest of the island. Only thing I’d maybe change is I’d get them to open the bar a bit earlier than 2pm even to get a coffee. We’ve had the best time. Thanks guys
