Whilst the Hotel was stunning inside and out and the rooms were spacious it sadly lacked waaaayyy behind in basic cleanliness. Common sense would surely ask you to clean what you see as dusty, such as airvents/air-conditioning, headboards or even glass surfaces, spoons or mirrors etc. Common sense surely should prevail to seeing dirty curtains or bedding too 🫣 The staff, however, were fantastic and acted upon every complaint or comment made to them immediately. Personally, the building needs a refurb to sort out all the niggly bits (loose, moldy and rotting sealant eg.) but other than that, I do recommend this resort. Purely for how well we were treated.

A nice and clean hotel. We arrived on a cold day, but the pools were heated. The food was very good, especially the fruit selection. The hotel's biggest asset is the entertainment staff, they're great, thanks a lot.
