We stayed there for a week and it was not a bad location for the price point. Only thing I’d change is having pillows that are more comfy please! But overall we were happy with everything.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We arrived a bit early and asked if it was possible to check in. We were told no, which we understood. However, the frustrating part was that we weren’t even allowed to wait in the lobby until check-in time. What made the situation worse was that we had already prepaid for our room, and we were later told that our room was actually ready anyway. Despite that, the staff still refused to let us sit in the lobby while we waited. Being turned away from the lobby as paying guests felt extremely unwelcoming and unnecessary. A little basic hospitality and courtesy would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor first impression. Shakibah the front desk lady was 0/10 horrible customer service skills
