Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Bluffton

I loved the service, they were very friendly. I arrived during the Christmas season and the attention I received was wonderful.

Had to stop for an exam nearby and had a good stay.

I checked into America's best hotel in Bluffton Indiana on September 26th it is now October 8th and I just paid for another week at the hotel because my car is broke down and I have no means of transportation to get anywhere else. Upon my arrival at this hotel they charged me $100 a night plus $10 for my dog. After 4 days here they told me that I could stay for the week if I paid them $350. I did pay the $350 which paid me up until October 8th at which point I realized that my car was still not going to be ready and I was going to have to pay for an additional week. When I went to pay $350 for a second week they told me that they were actually going to be charging me $420 because they didn't charge me for my dog the previous week. Super unprofessional and inconvenient for the price to be different every single time I go down to the desk to pay. I found a bug in my hotel room in the bathroom. There is blood all over the tall lamps shade there is blood all over the bathroom walls and baseboards. The phone and the hotel room didn't work at all to dial out to 911 if you had an emergency The outlets in the hotel room took two and a half hours to charge my phone with a 70% faster charger that I paid $22 for at the gas station across the street The woman and man at the front desk of Indian descent kept making rude comments about things I was doing inside my room that no one should have known about at the front desk. Unless they had a way to view me in my room without my knowledge there should have been no reason for them to know what I was doing in my room. I was only offered housekeeping two separate times in the week and a half that I was here On the 8th when they brought me clean blanket sheets and towels to my room the blankets sheets and towels had a powdery substance all over them they did not feel clean at all. On the 8th when they came to my room to clean for the first time since I had been here they did not clean out the toilet the sinks the bathtub they did not wipe out the microwave they didn't even sweep the floor. What really upsets me is that they didn't even put toilet paper in the restroom. There's literally not a single piece of toilet paper in the bathroom and they supposedly cleaned my room today The breakfast that they provided was dry pieces of bread that they separated buy shoes into little sandwich bags a bowl of apples with a couple bananas on it and some expired orange juice. There is a man checked into the hotel room directly across from me he checked in the same day I did and has been here the entire duration of my stay every single time I try to go outside to let my dog out the man follows me outside he's super creepy This hotel is dirty and sketchy
