DISGUSTING!! I grew up coming to this hotel, my aunt was a maid and we spent every summer swimming here. When I grew up and moved away I stayed here when I visited family and it was always great for the cost! I get in and there’s a 12 yr old checking me in at 1 am… adult who can actually checks me in doesn’t come in till 20 mins later. I called the day before to let them know I would be bringing pets with me, paid the pet deposit and thought we were set. When I tried to go to my room with my dog they tried to stop me, after I told them I called they reluctantly let me go to my room. I got there and it was gross, bathroom light didn’t work, random wood -like pieces all over the floor, nothing looked like it was wiped down. I was so tired I couldn’t even complain and just went to sleep. I woke up to BED BUGS on my pillow, I got up immediately and tore the room apart. Each bed had bed bugs and NASTY stains, there was pee on the floor in the bathroom, the toilet wouldn’t flush and so on. It’s so sad knowing this was a decent hotel and my go to stay every-time I came home to this. I had to call my brother crying to come get me and ask for a place to stay because my money was frozen with them for 3 days. I came to visit my HIGH RISK pregnant friend for a girls getaway, I’m SO happy I didn’t let her stay with me that night. Absolutely disgusting, please don’t stay here. I hope they sell to people that actually care to put in the work to make this a nice property again.

I did not rent a room there because I needed one with a small kitchen but the young gentleman behind was very nice to me this was about a week ago. He showed me the rooms in the rooms are very clean. He gave great customer service and was very kind I want to thank him and he directed me to the quality inn where they had a small room with kitchen

I stayed here one night in December during an emergency carpet cleaning. Staff was nice. The greatest takeaway I got was that bed...WOW! Seven hours of perfect sleep, and woke up feeling like my spine was straighter. Haven't felt that way in years after getting up. Where did you guys get those mattresses from?
