Our tire blew out on the freeway on Saturday night and we needed a room ASAP! I booked this hotel and the service was incredible. I believe his name was Kevin, but he made everything about staying there amazing! He helped us carry our bags upstairs and when everywhere was closed tire shop wise on Sunday, he helped me extend our stay another day making sure we had everything we needed.

I would give this place a solid 3.5. Good news-room was clean, it felt safe, the pre-check in made checking in a breeze. All good. Why I’m not giving 4/5 stars. Advertised a hot tub which was not up and operating. Would have been nice if you had updated the sites to note this. After 13 hrs in the car, a hot tub is important to this old lady. Second-no grab bars in the bathroom. The fiberglass modular tub was slicker than grease, I think there was cleaning chemical residue which made it even slicker….but no grab bars to be found. It’s the height of winter and the amenities do not include lotion. Shampoo, conditioner and a bar of soap only. Another reason why they didn’t get higher Marks, breakfast is 6 AM to 9:30AM, but check out is 11. It’s a stretch to call it breakfast. Extremely limited choices crammed in a small corner. Upon leaving at 10:30 there were four people eating breakfast. But it’s closed for guest at 9:30AM. There is a 24 hour coffee station. You have pink sweetener and sugar. Tiny cups of half-and-half. And on a scale of one to 10…I would rate the coffee a 3. We had a Cleaning Lady enter our room unannounced while we were preparing to check out. Check out is 11 AM and this occurred at about 9:45 AM. The front desk associate was just neutral. Not rude, but not welcoming and warm. Not upon check-in, and not upon checkout. Another point I would like to make, the entire establishment is lit with LED lightbulbs. I know this can be a trigger for some people so I want to make you aware. It is not a warm and inviting light. It is the traditional low Kelvin blue light. This is also a two-story establishment with rooms available on both the first and second floor. There is no elevator. If you need a first level room, be sure to note that upon making a reservation. This establishment also allows dogs, so be aware of that. I know that’s a perk for some families and a setback for others. On a high note-I would like to acknowledge they have instant hot water in your room. No long waits for the shower or sink to warm up. As Wyndham club owners, I would absolutely stay here again. The most important thing for me is cleanliness and safety which this hotel met exceptionally well.
