Extremely dissatisfied with the service, perhaps the dirtiest hotel we've stayed in, a discarded diaper had been lying around in the children's pool for two days, and people were washing their own chairs in the shower so they could put something on top. Sun loungers, armchairs and everything made of textiles were stained in various ways, cups and glasses had been on the floor for days. Dinner was "recycled" - anything not eaten the first day was "repacked" for the second day. If you use the garage, the driver will take your car, but if you need your own car, you have to find it yourself, or look for it in the garage. The price-quality-service ratio is extremely poor, we do not recommend it and we will certainly never return. The worst waste of time and money.

I stayed at the hotel during the Congress of Catering and Tourism Workers (November 23, 24 and 25) and, unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations for a five-star facility. Upon arrival, we were greeted by dirty bed linen, and the entire hotel exudes the impression of cheap workmanship and the use of poor materials. The food was average, and the dishes and cutlery were not wiped clean after being washed in the dishwasher — food residue was clearly visible. During dinner, there is no regular water dispenser available, and guests are forced to buy bottled water, which is absurd in a country with an abundance of drinking water. The restaurant smelled strongly of burnt food, which further undermines the impression of professionalism and hygiene standards. Furthermore, the hotel ran out of cold beer at 9 p.m. and offered guests only warm bottles. The pool does not have a clock — a rarity, if not a unique case in Croatia — and we also noticed leaks in some parts of the hotel on several occasions. Although it formally has five stars, the hotel simply does not justify it with its service, maintenance, and overall facilities. We saw everything, we had no complaints, but as professionals — we cannot be sold on nonsense.
