The bad reviews don't lie! The hotel is filthy and outdated. If you're immune to dirt and it doesn't bother you, you can spend one night here, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. There are burn holes in the ceilings, thick layers of dust on the floor as if the room had been empty for months, mold and grime in the bathroom, and a wardrobe that's practically falling apart. The electrical outlet is loose, and you almost get an electric shock when you try to use it. The water heater howls all night. The peephole is taped over and stuffed with toilet paper, so you can't use it. Not a good feeling! The location is good, but it's noisy; that's the price you pay for such a central location. We were more than relieved when we could finally leave the hotel! DO NOT GO THERE

The location is good. The entrance is a little hard to find. It's a little off the main road, so there are lots of shops and taxis around. The room smelled a little. The hot water in the shower doesn't last long. When you turn on the wall switch, hot water fills a tank on the bathroom ceiling. When that tank runs out, the shower is finished. I had to wash my body quickly. The air conditioner's heating function wasn't working, so I borrowed an extra blanket. I had them check the air conditioner, and they said it was working fine on the first day. I checked it again the next day and it was blowing warm air. When I removed the front cover of the air conditioner, the filter was completely black. It probably hasn't been cleaned in decades. Otherwise, it wouldn't be so dark. I think the filter was so dusty that it couldn't breathe. They asked me to remove the filter and use it, so I left the dirty filter in the room. There was laundry service, and it cost 5 JOD per bag. I brought about 20 items in total, including underwear, socks, and pants, and I think each bag was 5 JOD. If you request it, they'll return them the next morning. I wouldn't recommend this for people looking for a clean room.
