Excellent hotel with nicely designed rooms. Good breakfast. Direct beach access. Good service My only problem is they dont have any elevators. If you are not on the ground floor you will have to climb stairs

The positive thing about the hotel is that the rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. We stayed in the rooms with a pool outside and we see that some rooms are better than others in terms of location. Unfortunately, we ended up in the middle by the pool bar where it was quite loud - fortunately only between 4-7 so it was still completely okay! The rooms that are on the sides are better in terms of privacy but it is what it is and we had a good time anyway 🙂☺️ The breakfast was completely okay, there was a lot to choose from but we had a hard time with coffee, so we didn't bother drinking it during our stay. However, there was a coffee machine in the rooms with good coffee so it evened it out! The beach bar is good with various snacks and meals. More expensive than on the street of course but high quality of the food! There are good drinks and good wine and the staff are nice. There are plenty of beach cushions to choose from both in the sun and shade which was good - however, I would have liked more regular sun loungers as they are more comfortable in the long run. There are regular sun loungers at the pool though. Unfortunately there are a lot of boats all along Koh Lipe - we knew there would be many but maybe not all the beaches were occupied. There were however small enclosed swimming bays in a few places but it doesn't feel that fun when you are used to anything else! However, the sand is very fine and the water is crystal clear! Overall the hotel gets the full pot because they can't help the traffic on Koh Lipe ☺️ Thanks for a nice stay ❤️
