The rooms in this facility is ok but needs a retouch. But it wasn't the building that makes me recommend this place. It's the people that works here. And the owner (I forgot his name) is a very nice guy. We our tour was canceled on our first day in El Nido and he facilitated us to have our own private tour. He guided us, called on his contacts to drive us to places a regular tour would not go. I 100% recomend his place. It's in the strip where everything is walkable. Close to the beach and restaurants.

Nice place near to everything beach, resto,bar,market, church.. The owner is very accomodating and you can rent a motorbike to them.. 👏👏👏

It’s not welcoming… The alley towards the place is where garbage is collected. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a napping old man, who seemed confused if we’re there to rent a bike. A lady then checked us in. Our room was on the second floor and no help was offered to get our luggage upstairs. They didn’t even accompany us to our room. They just said go to the one with the key outside. And this door knob was wobbly with very old key. Photos from booking website look like it was from years ago, when the place was new, clean, and well-maintained. The current condition is this: The room is like a cheap motel, with a dirty window, an extra uncovered filthy mattress pulled out in the open, a cracked tile floor, and thin quilt/blanket (can be too small if you’re two people in one bed). Hot shower is decent. If you need privacy and own bathroom for one night in good location, this place can be decent enough. At night we got a knock on our door, the lady who checked us in asked for our names. My guess was they gave us a wrong room, but they didn’t say or change anything. In the morning, we were asked by the same lady our names and room number. That’s just weird. For breakfast, we didn’t get to use it because they only offer it at 6am to 7am—like they don’t want you to avail of it. Overall, we stayed here one out of two nights, because thankfully a friend made us stay overnight in their home. We won’t come back. Hopefully they improve things.
