A luxurious hotel. The hotel has a shuttle to the airport that runs every 30 minutes. The rooms are very cozy and clean. There are no insects on the premises. The hotel is located right on the seashore. There's a very nice, clean beach, with sun loungers provided by the hotel. The rooms are equipped with beach towels and toiletries, very nice robes, rubber flip-flops (not disposable), a hairdryer, an umbrella, and everything you need. The breakfasts are excellent – sometimes they even serve Olivier salad and stewed potatoes with meat in white wine. A huge variety of fruits. Overall, you'll always find something to eat. I wish they had the popular Vietnamese tea. The staff is very friendly. There's a cafe within walking distance. The hotel also serves delicious food. The grounds are green. The pool, however, leaves much to be desired. Overall, I recommend this hotel! If you're choosing between this one and any other, choose this one. We had a room on the second floor, not a separate building. Everything was wonderful there. It's worth noting that the area in front of the hotel is abandoned and littered with trash. It's not hotel property, but to get to the street with shops, you have to pass by this area. I'd like to see it improved and a direct passage to the street to avoid this. Reception prices are very high, especially for Phu Quoc. I think we got it cheaper somehow. There's a guy on the beach selling coconuts and fruit. You should definitely try it – he prepares everything perfectly, using disposable gloves, and the fruit is incredibly delicious. And I can't even imagine living without coconut water in this heat.

Great stay near the beach! My toddler enjoyed playing in the pool a lot. The entire staff was very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast buffet was good too. We forgot a wallet in a Grab car just before we were about to leave phu quoc, and the lady and the gentleman at the reception helped us a lot getting it back. They contacted the Grab helpline and even talked to the Grab driver and helped us get our stuff back.
