The hotel is unfortunately very run-down. The hallways reek of mold and an unpleasant stench. The rooms are clearly worn, the showers leak, and the drains are clogged. Furthermore, the towels weren't clean, and there were stains on the curtains. For the last three nights, we were given a slightly larger room, but it wasn't much better in terms of condition or cleanliness. We booked through Lastminute, who offered no compensation after our complaint. It's a real shame that nothing is being done about this, as several other people have already complained about the lack of cleanliness and the condition of the rooms, according to the reviews. The pictures speak for themselves. All of this unfortunately ruins the holiday atmosphere because it's impossible to truly relax. The walls are also very thin, so you can hear every sound from the neighboring rooms. The only positive thing is the good location – but unfortunately, that's about it.

I'm writing this review recently; yesterday we returned from our vacation at the Anonymous Hotel. The hotel's advantage is its excellent location. The beautiful beach in the bay is literally a stone's throw away. Another asset is the staff. They are very friendly, polite, kind, and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's cleanliness. We ate breakfast – the buffet is really good, with something for everyone. The chef makes fresh pancakes, omelets, and eggs. There's also a sweet corner and a wide selection of cold meats, cheeses, vegetables, and breads. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. The beds are very comfortable. The Anonymous is a hotel I'd happily return to next year.
