The hotel is well located, but the price is inaccurate: online booking was 288,000 VND, while on arrival it was 580,000 VND—an inflated price for tourists, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the room wasn't cleaned at 2 PM, there was no toilet paper, and the towels weren't changed. The service was deplorable, and the room hygiene was inadequate. I will never return to this establishment; avoid it—it's a tourist trap.

I booked a suite here, costing around 600,000 VND. Upon arrival, I was given a key card for the 41st floor, thinking I'd gotten a nice room at a great price, but I was shocked when I got there. That 41st floor had a disgusting, overwhelming smell, like garbage. It smelled worse than a real garbage dump; every time I went up to my room, I had to endure the stench. The neighboring rooms were all dirty, covered in paint, and it seemed like they were doing some kind of renovation outside. It was very noisy. There was also a slight foul smell inside my room. I had to spend almost the whole day sightseeing to avoid going back to my room, and I only stayed one night before leaving. A terrible experience.

Booking through the app didn't mention anything about a room deposit or requiring ID card security :))) I think adding that to the app would make it less confusing and inconvenient for guests during check-in. The view is nice, but the bathroom floor wasn't clean, there was still sand and the furniture was old and moldy. The shower was okay. Overall, it's acceptable, not as bad as the reviews suggest. Remember to check the room beforehand and save photos. Parking costs 4,500 VND per visit, overnight 10,000 VND :))) The security guard was incredibly rude, but whatever, I'm happy with it.
