It really is a beautiful area, classic Tuscany , staff were lovely but it is out of the way. We did hire a car so got to explore but taxis are ridiculously expensive if you want a night off to have a few drinks. I also found the bed very …

Lovely apartments in the Tuscan countryside 10 minutes from Carbonifera and not far from many of the most famous beaches such as Cala Violina and Baratti. In the village there is also a swimming pool, a tennis court and a ping pong court! In our apartment nothing was missing, beautiful garden with the possibility of grilling, washing machine, dishwasher, two small bathrooms. In addition, the managers are helpful and courteous, ready to satisfy every request. I recommend it!
