Very disappointing stay. The room had cockroaches, and there was no phone in the room, so every time we needed something we had to walk to reception. We booked this place mainly for the outdoor jacuzzi, but there was no proper hot water setup — the only staff member had to manually start it each time we asked. There was only one staff member, and no help with luggage from reception to the room. The only good thing about this place is the location. For the price we paid, especially for the jacuzzi room, it was definitely not worth the money.

This is a hidden gem 🤩. Best location, rooms are beautiful. If you are in Krabi, I highly recommend this resort, close to the beach, restaurants and bar.

Giving 2* just because of location. Else nothing was good. Rooms having so many insects. They don't have any person who can help with your luggage for checkin and checkout. You have to shift your luggage in and out from your room. Never saw such hotel who don't have staff for this basic purpose. They don't have any phone installed in room. So they don't provide you any kind of service. Each time if you want something you have to go to reception. Food was ok. We did breakfast. Rest things are not maintained properly.
