I don't recommend staying here for the following reasons: 1. The cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired: mildew in the bathroom and hair on the floor from the moment we arrived. Additionally, we were told they cleaned every other day, and no one came during the entire stay, not even to change towels. They don't even leave hand soap in the bathroom, nor do I know the shampoo/body wash is hand soap. 2. The location isn't great; we went during the off-season, and the neighborhood is a bit shady. Very different from the vibe of other places in Ibiza. 3. There was a woman at reception who we asked if we could store our bags after checkout, and she was very rude and rudely told us no. 4. The Wi-Fi doesn't work; it's supposed to be only at reception, but we'll check. 5. You can hear the planes landing loudly in the middle of the night. 6. The staff was generally rude. The only one we found unpleasant was a man at reception who was quite friendly. In conclusion, I don't understand why it has a 7.1/10 rating on Booking.com, because the reality is that if you're lucky, it's worth a 3 or 4, considering the price versus quality. I woke up happy the day I checked out.

If you want to be next to the nightclubs where you will go out at night, this is your place. The apartments are quite good: mine had a small kitchen at the entrance with a table and four chairs. A sofa with a TV. Terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the pool. A double bedroom and a bathroom. The staff who work there treated me correctly and kindly, I do not share the reviews published in this regard. The only things to take into account are: the noise, not only from the area where it is located, which is also its strong point, due to the proximity but also because it is an area where planes pass and they fly very low and make noise. On the other hand, the price is not exactly cheap but I doubt it is anywhere on the island... In short, it is not a 5-star hotel but if you are looking for proximity to leisure areas and the beach and you can sleep even if there is a little background noise, it is a more than reasonable option to take into account. If not, find another area and make the journey there and back.
