My parents stayed in an apartment adapted for people with reduced mobility. The location is fantastic; everything is very close by. We loved all the thoughtful touches in the apartment; the care and attention to detail for our guests was evident. Everything was perfect, we'd definitely be back. Ainara, the woman who helped us, was lovely.

We stayed for four days and they were all wonderful. Starting with the attention at reception by Najara, she had thoughtful touches from the moment we arrived, like sweets and treats for the children, and above all, Najara's kindness. In the room, they had everything we needed: milk, coffee, tea, and more. We plan to return very soon and will stay for a week. I hope this woman is still there; she's a truly delightful person.

Everything was excellent. The room (apartment, really) had all the necessary amenities and was tastefully decorated. The service was outstanding. Water, soft drinks, cookies, gummy bears, milk, coffee, and hot chocolate were all complimentary. Personal hygiene kits for shaving, oral hygiene, feminine hygiene, shower caps, bathrobes, slippers… Very complete and surprisingly so these days; you don't even have to ask, they provide everything. We also had breakfast included at a nearby bar, and we enjoyed coffee, toast with ham, and fresh orange juice. Everything was delicious and included in the room price. Upon departure, they gave us a large bottle of water for the return trip. I will recommend it to everyone, and if we return to Chiclana, I will definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10, without a doubt.
