We had a great stay at this hotel. Sabine at reception was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms aren't brand new, but they're perfect for a weekend in Paris. The apartment is very well located. The only downside was the €60 tourist tax for two nights for two people.

Absolutely avoid this place! A complete rip-off. Upon arrival, a charming person clearly informed us that we could only get the keys if we paid an additional €15.96 per person per night for the tourist tax. What an unpleasant surprise! Apparently, this establishment is unclassified, resulting in the maximum tax. The result: a real shock upon arrival. All the other guests at reception at the same time as us discovered this unpleasant surprise. Several of us were shocked by this total lack of transparency. For a 5-night stay for two, this amounts to an extra €159.60! This is simply unacceptable, especially since the booking website clearly stated "total price including taxes." We feel we were deceived. This lack of honesty and transparency is unacceptable. A very disappointing experience that I absolutely do not recommend.

A huge disappointment with this aging and poorly maintained "hotel." A sewer smell permeated the entire room throughout our stay (coming up through the bathroom). Sold as a "studio," it's actually a basic and uncomfortable room (you can't even relax there; it's really only suitable for sleeping). And finally, the hotel and the Accor group's pricing is incredibly opaque. Even though my reservation was all-inclusive (with an "s" in "taxes") and this was clearly stated on my confirmation... I had to pay almost €30 in additional tourist tax.
