The hotel has a very good location, right on the beach. Parking is available directly at the hotel, including covered spaces. The reception was very friendly, and we were allowed to check into our room a little earlier. The junior suite for 2 adults and 2 small children is large and adequate. The pool area and the beach are very well maintained. The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. We had dinner at the hotel once, and it was only satisfactory. The food was cold, and eating at 6:45 p.m. with two small children was much too late. This should perhaps be reconsidered, as the hotel is advertised as a children's hotel. Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was disgusting. I've never had such bad coffee in Italy, sorry, but for a 4-star hotel, you expect more. The restaurant had a canteen feel. The service staff in the restaurant was abysmal... The staff talked about personal matters at the buffet counter and revealed that they weren't as motivated today; you didn't feel welcome. P.S. There are also travelers who understand Italian...even if you're a German tourist visiting the hotel. Personally, I would book the hotel again, but without meals, since the room has a kitchenette. There are very good restaurants and bars in the area. We booked half board for 7 nights. Travelers: 2 adults 2 infants under 3 years old

Like being at home you have an apartment in the hotel I had breakfast and dinner at noon I made do there you have pots and pans stove like in a home kitchen, you are on the beach, you have the pool, the staff is very kind, the food was super everything at the buffet

Well-located, very clean, and well-maintained family hotel with a fine pool area. Right on the sea, with loungers included. Breakfast was OK. The rooms are dated, but clean and adequate for us.
