Unfortunately, my experience with this same receptionist was very similar, or even worse. In my case, the problem arose from an error on the hotel's part with my reservation/room, which didn't match what I had booked. Far from trying to clarify or find a solution, Irina reacted with hostility from the very beginning, raising her voice and treating me with completely unjustified disrespect. She refused to acknowledge the error, wouldn't review the documentation I showed her, and even went so far as to suggest that the problem was my responsibility, without any basis whatsoever. When I asked to speak to a manager, her attitude became even more obstructive, refusing to give me the manager's contact information and saying that it wasn't "necessary" to escalate the issue. The most serious aspect was the constant feeling of contempt for the customer: curt responses, zero empathy, and an authoritarian attitude unbecoming of someone who works with the public. I have never received such unpleasant treatment in a hotel. Seeing that this is not an isolated incident, I believe the hotel should take these complaints very seriously. A single person at reception can completely ruin a guest's experience, and in this case, that's exactly what happened.

My experience at this hotel was completely marred by the attitude of the receptionist, Irina. From the very first moment, her treatment was despotic, lacking in empathy, and clearly disrespectful. On several occasions, she spoke to me rudely, with no willingness whatsoever to listen or offer solutions. Furthermore, she deliberately obstructed my contact with the hotel manager, refusing to provide basic information or escalate the situation as is appropriate in a professional establishment. To make matters worse, she also refused to show me the company policy when I specifically requested it, something I consider completely unacceptable and lacking in transparency. A hotel can have excellent facilities, but customer service is fundamental, and in this case, it was appalling. This receptionist's attitude demonstrates a total lack of professionalism and respect for guests. Undoubtedly, a very negative experience that should be reviewed by management. I believe it is essential that the hotel management review this behavior and take appropriate measures to prevent similar situations from occurring with other guests.

This isn't our first time staying at this apartment, as it's generally quite good for the price. The reception staff has usually been helpful, and one of them is especially friendly and attentive. However, on January 4th, we had a bad experience. My wife went down to reception to complain because the people in the apartment next door kept knocking on our door and leaving, which was very annoying. When we explained the situation, the receptionist's response was simply, "Have you spoken to them?", showing little interest in resolving the issue. We believe that a customer service representative should be more proactive in handling these kinds of incidents, as this lack of interest leaves much to be desired. It's a shame, because the accommodation is generally fine.
