Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. I booked one night in this apartment. After my stay, I was charged an additional €13.77: €8.90 for Nespresso capsules from the minibar and €4.87 for the Berlin bed tax. Unfortunately, it wasn't clear beforehand that the minibar was chargeable. I found this extra charge unpleasant and surprising, as guests usually assume that such small items are included. I recommend paying close attention to minibar information when booking and being cautious.

Best hotel in Berlin! Even though it presents itself as an apartment complex, it's more accurate to call it a full-fledged hotel. Without a proper physical reception, they can still be contacted at any time using their phone number. The door can be unlocked with an access code that's sent to you via email after checking in online. The apartment was a three-bedroom, kitchen, living room, and (HUGE) bathroom for three nights in Berlin at a lower price than many other traditional hotels in the area. It's located right in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from Alexanderplatz and the Brandenburg Gate, with a bus and subway stop right in front—a fantastic location. The property is perfectly soundproofed, spotlessly clean, and has all the amenities you'd expect from a 5-star hotel (in addition to towels, slippers, and shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, even chocolates on your pillow upon arrival and a small mini-fridge to choose from). The kitchen has a kettle with a variety of teas and coffees (Nespresso machine). The rooms are cleaned daily by the maids. Perfect, I would go back right away.
