After a stay in August 2023, and a review (which "mysteriously" disappeared), it's clear that nothing is changing at this establishment. Ratings are still just as negative, and apparently no improvements have been made. To date, this establishment has even been removed from certain booking platforms (booking, etc.). Ladies and gentlemen who are passing by, please note that this APPART CITY establishment (a national brand and brand) is no longer even present on the APPART CITY company website... You don't need to be a polytechnician to understand that even if the headquarters bearing the same name as you removes you from its offerings and completely erases you (let you go), it doesn't smell very good. A well-located establishment that hasn't fallen into the right hands, or the most competent ones. No defamation, it's simply factual. Factual because when you run an establishment open to the public with all that this entails, even if the establishment lacks resources, hygiene is ESSENTIAL!!! When you're dependent on a large national group, and you're located in a region often prone to heat waves, you don't say "the air conditioning will be repaired" for 2, 3, or 4 years... If you can't afford to have it repaired from your bank's cash register, you contact your bank or the group's headquarters; you find a solution rather than supplying fans to your "customers" year after year. Let's hope that one day, a more reputable national brand or another manager will take over this building.
