The bathroom is small, the view from the room is very crowded with the road and the marina in front of the hotel. From the reception, none of these things are visible, so opening the curtains in the room feels like a disappointment. In the spa area, we saw some cockroaches, which is disgusting. The Turkish sauna doesn't work very well. We asked the reception to turn it on, as we were advised during the check-in, and they did. However, once inside the Turkish sauna, it releases steam once and then doesn't do it again. If it's supposed to only release steam when a button is pressed, then the machine should be inside the sauna with us, and not available just to the employees. If not, something is wrong. The breakfast staff rushes you. As it gets closer to the end of breakfast, they start removing things, and it doesn't feel great. If the breakfast is meant to end at 10:30, it should end at 10:30, not at 10:20 or 10:15. The wind is very noisy at night. The dinner in the restaurant isn't bad, but for the price of the food, the portions should be larger. As for staff, mostly they were great. However, we had some issues with the blonde receptionist. We found that she was not as nice as her colleagues, who were very helpful. She sighed when we asked for something instead of helping. It feels bad to pay to be treated this way. The hotel seemed very empty, so maybe everyone else already knows of the issues and is smartly avoiding this hotel. Two stars instead of one, for the ladies at dinner!
